This age (6-9 months) is one of my favorites to photograph! Like little Evan, babies at this age are so cute and still tiny, but FULL of personality. I had so much fun with both Evan and her mom, who came armed with outfits and accessories and a stamina that almost matched mine! We played for two full hours and Evan was so awesome. The title of the post comes from her attraction to a white butterfly I had brought out as a prop. The other noisemakers and toys held no interest for her, but thank goodness for this butterfly — and she’s a little butterfly herself — so dainty in her dresses and cute as a button. I could look at images of these two all day… Well, I guess I just did — and enjoyed every minute of it :).
